Licensing Information

Effective October 1, 2009, all license and exam applicants are required to complete the US Citizenship Attestation Form in accordance to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§4-108 through 4-114. Your request cannot be completed until we have received this form in our office. Click here for the form.

All landscape architectural applicants applying for licensure in Nebraska or applicants applying for the Landscape Architectural Registration Examination (L.A.R.E.) for licensure will be required to establish a Council Record through the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB). For applicant eligibility requirements, please check Chapter 2 of Title 231- Rules and Regulations. Please note that although CLARB requires three (3) years of experience under the direct supervision of a licensed landscape architect to obtain certification, Nebraska requires four (4) years of experience before licensure can be obtained.
