Rules and Regulations
Title 231 of the Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapters 1 through 12 comprises the Rules and Regulations of the Nebraska State Board of Landscape Architects. They are written by the Board to enable administration of the Statutes and cannot exceed the powers assigned to the Board by the Legislature. The latest version was updated on December 1, 2012.
